Understand sample availability, charges, freight, customization, evaluation and approval before RFID production.
How standard and custom samples are prepared, supplied and evaluated before production.
Samples are supplied to help evaluate physical fit, attachment and RFID performance in the intended application. Availability depends on stock, chip supply and the requested construction.
Standard samples may differ in printing, encoding or packaging from the final product. Custom-made samples require written specifications and may require engineering or setup charges.
Sample price, setup charges, freight and estimated preparation time are confirmed before dispatch. Free samples, when offered, do not automatically include freight, duties or customized work.
Preparation and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing begins after technical details, artwork and payment requirements are confirmed.
The customer should test samples on the actual item, with the intended reader, placement and operating conditions. Approval confirms the evaluated construction but does not replace written production specifications.
Production begins only after quotation, specifications, artwork or encoding data, commercial terms and any required sample approval are confirmed in writing.
Send the item material, environment, read range, size and quantity so we can confirm the suitable sample route.
