Production timing depends on material and chip availability, quantity, printing, encoding, converting, testing and approval requirements. The schedule stated in the accepted quotation or order acknowledgement applies to the order.

Changes to specifications, artwork, data, quantity, payment or approval can revise the schedule.

Available services may include express courier, air freight, sea freight or another agreed method. Freight, Incoterms, insurance and destination are confirmed in writing.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the accepted commercial terms state otherwise. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking or shipping documents are provided when available. Address changes after dispatch may be impossible or chargeable.

Inspect packages promptly and report visible damage, shortages or delivery discrepancies with photographs and shipping documents. Claims remain subject to the carrier and the agreed sales terms.
