Customer-provided artwork, data and instructions must be authorized for use. RFIDTagHY and its licensors retain rights in website content, engineering know-how and materials except where expressly agreed otherwise.

Product warranties and remedies are limited to those confirmed in writing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited by the accepted commercial terms.

Signed agreements, accepted quotations and order acknowledgements take precedence if they conflict with these website terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
